Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant financial data.
• Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and tools.
• Manage daily accounting functions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
• Process and manage bill payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in financial reporting or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
