Assistant Accountant | No OT | HK Listed company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join a leading global provider of independent ship management services / Cargo services. This role offers the chance to work in an innovative environment.

What you'll do:

• Handling full sets of vessel accounting, including monthly financial reports, journals, and vessel budgets.
• Providing support for general ledger (GL) functions.
• Ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reports with relevant accounting schedules.
• Assisting in preparing schedules related to client audits.
• Undertaking additional accounting tasks on an as-needed basis.
• Demonstrating excellent organisational abilities and analytical skills.

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Ability to demonstrate independence.
