Financial Analyst | MNC (up to 30k)

This Company is a multinational Luxury Retailer with strong global presence and excellent reputation. It is currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join their sizeable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of sales transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including monitoring and analyzing aging reports.
  • Involve in financial data analysis and investigate any discrepancy.
  • Reconcile discrepancies with financial institutions and act as a finance control point.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Operations, to address audit-related queries and issues.
  • Support accounting system enhancement projects.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably gained from retail or FMCG industries
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in using ERP system or PowerBI
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills
