(Assistant) Finance Manager | Finance projects & transformation

One of the giant organizations is looking for a (Asst) Finance Manager to focus on finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support finance transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Assess, design, and implement best-in-class accounting processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to drive finance innovation.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new finance systems and processes.
• Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on finance operating models, shared services, and ERP implementations.

Key Requirements:

• Finance & Accounting Expertise – Background in accounting, finance transformation, or process improvement. CPA, ACCA, or similar qualifications highly preferred.
• Transformation Project Experience – Proven track record in finance transformation, process reengineering, or ERP system implementation.
• Process Optimization & Automation – Experience with RPA, digital finance tools, or shared services is highly desirable.
• Strong Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive change.
• Proactive & Agile Mindset – Someone who thrives in transformation environments and can navigate ambiguity.
