Assistant Accountant | Full set of accounts

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced assistant accountant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to handle full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations and full set of accounts including : account payable, account receivable, general ledger, cash balance, bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Handle monthly and yearly financial closings
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assist with audits and tax documents.
  • Help with system updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of accounting experience..
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
