Assistant Accounting Manager | Industry leader | Up to 50K

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager or Assistant Accounting Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and prepare monthly group consolidated financial statements, manage taxation matters, and drive budgeting processes at the group level.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise and compile accurate and timely monthly consolidated financial statements for the group.
  • Generate and present detailed financial reports, including thorough financial analysis.
  • Lead the preparation of interim and annual results announcements.
  • Guide the budgeting and forecasting processes at the group level, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Handle and manage all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with auditors and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth audits and ensure compliance.

What you bring:

  • University Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification of CPA
  • Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably with exposure to both audit firms and commercial environments
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills for financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
