Accountant and Admin Associate

They are looking to expand a new headcount for their corporate accounting team due to strong performance of the funds

Responsibilities

  • Report to Senior Finance Manager to maintain full set of accounts for group of companies
  • Provide support on accounting operation for payable and receivable functions (AP, AR)
  • Provide admin support
  • Handle daily account operations including AR, AP & general expenses payment checking, issue cheque, prepare invoice, data entry & filing
  • Assist in month end closing, intercompany reconciliation, accounting schedule and breakdown
  • Liaison with external auditor
  • Assist in FRR reporting as well as reporting for Hong Kong/APAC/UK

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting/audit field
  • Proficiency with accounting system like MYOB, XERO, etc
  • Proficiency in MS office application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
