Assistant Finance Manager | full set of accounts

One of the HK long standing real estate business is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to be responsible for full set of accounting function.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting functions in accordance with internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Handle daily accounting operations
  • Prepare accounting schedules
  • Prepare accounts reconciliation and maintain accounting books and records
  • Assist in preparation of property report, financial analysis and month end closing
  • Assist in preparation of tax computation and annual audit matters
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Member of ACCA/ HKICPA or other recognized professional institutions
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in a sizeable organisation / property sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hand-on experience in SAP accounting systems will be an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical mind, strong communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
