Assistant Finance Manager | AR & Credit Control

Our client is an MNC leading FMCG business and they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager focused on AR and Credit Control.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve customer contracts for various customer types.
  • Ensure accurate accounting treatment of customer discounts and rebates.
  • Manage trade terms and discounts for customers, including reconciliation of rebate claims.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging, credit control, and conduct trend analysis.
  • Lead credit review meetings with management and sales teams.
  • Coordinate resolution of internal and external receivable-related disputes.
  • Support period-end financial and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with Order to Cash team for daily operations and efficiency initiatives.
  • Conduct regular credit reviews, implement credit control procedures, and manage debt collection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables and Credit Management in the FMCG related industry.
  • Effective communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable to changes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
