Finance Manager (FRR Reporting)

This is a multi-strategy hedge fund, global focused. Due to their strong performance, they are adding a new headcount to their corporate accounting team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform licensed corporation’s accounting duties, such as preparing for month end, cash flow forecast and cash management , coordinate with rest of the group for recharge from affiliate or bill back to the fund
  • Handle full set of books and prepare month-end trail balance and closing in particular monthly FRR and Margin Calls & Client Money Report required by SFC license Type 1,4, and 9
  • Coordinate with headquarters for group accounting and financial analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and new banking and system initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
  • At least 6+ years working experience in a SFC licensed corporation, preferably with type 9 regulated activities, type 1 and 4 will be a plus
  • Experience in FRR Reporting is a must
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Excels and accounting system such as SAP and concur
