Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Billing Accountant to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the quality of customer billing, perform validation activities for bill runs, and handle customer disputes and enquiries. The successful candidate will have the chance to liaise with multiple parties, both internal and external, and identify areas for improvement in both processes and systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Check invoices and bill breakdowns are accurately reflecting the procedures
• Prepare monthly accounts billing report and overdue status
• Responsible for gross profit analysis, verifying data from billing systems
• Assure revenue and review bills
• Billing data analysis, fluctuation analysis, accounts receivable analysis
• Prepare accounting schedules for monthly reporting
• Check bill back invoice to avoid overcharge
• Handle customer disputes and enquiries, driving resolution
• Assist UAT and data migration

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in billing in MNC
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Independent, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
