Assistant Accountant | MNC (up to 24k)

This role will be with a Finance team of over 40 people and supporting daily financial operations, month end closing activities and financial reporting.

Job Duties:

  • Perform full set of accounts and preparation of monthly reports for group reporting
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and in-house reports/reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast
  • Assists in annual audit and annual tax filing
  • Assists in preparation of annual forecast/budget
  • Independently handle all accounting issues including account receivables and accounts payable
  • Participate in related financial and accounting projects and ad hoc task as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or a relevant discipline
  • 2 years or above working experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word
  • Good spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Communicative and energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills
