Group Finance Manager | fast growing business

One of the fast growing organizations is looking for a Group Finance Manager in view of their coming expansion plan.

  • Fast growing business with IPO plan
  • Group finance position
  • Group reporting and consolidations ; policies revamp and standardization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the group consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain standardized group reporting procedures across all regions to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to streamline reporting processes and ensure alignment with group financial policies.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit-related queries or requirements.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Big4 audit firm with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven track record of success in a commercial finance role, preferably in a HK listed company with IPO experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
