Group Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing | US listed)

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing industry, is in search of a seasoned senior finance professional to enrich their vibrant team. The ideal candidate should boast a distinguished history of achievements stemming from experiences in both a Big 4 accounting firm and internal finance reporting and consolidation roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile group consolidated financial statements and reports, inclusive of notes and schedules for disclosure purposes during monthly, budgetary, and annual closings
• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and month-end closing operations
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Spearhead continual process enhancements by collaborating with finance stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance standardization
• Maintain robust control over financial data, workflows, and information retrieval processes
• Contribute to financial due diligence, business valuation, financial operation integration, etc., particularly in M&A projects
• Participate in banking authorization/administration processes
• Proficiency in BEPS 2.0 is advantageous
• Execute ad-hoc assignments as delegated

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, complemented by professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, etc
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, encompassing roles within a Big 4 accounting firm and internal finance functions
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is beneficial
• Familiarity with US listed regulations is beneficial
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong ability to perform under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do demeanor
