Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those sitting HKICPA examinations, with the potential for career mobility and a clear promotion path.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare debit notes and process suppliers’ invoices
  • Prepare accounting vouchers and schedules for monthly accounts closing
  • Involve in monthly financial reports and variance analysis preparation
  • Perform regular and ad hoc assignments required by management
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Collaborate effectively within the team

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Welcome Fresh Grad!!!!!
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate
  • Experience or interest in sitting HKICPA examinations is preferred
