This Company is a sizable and leading Retail Group with excellent reputation and strong market presence in APAC, US and Europe. It is currently looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, financial reporting, internal control and business analysis.
What you'll do:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the department while adhering to group accounting policies. You will be responsible for handling a full set of closing, conducting financial analysis, and leading new retail finance operations. Your ability to work independently and provide guidance to other members will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, your knack for identifying problems and implementing appropriate solutions will be highly valued.
- Handle financial operations and month end closing
- Facilitate financial analysis to evaluate business performance and trends
- Engage in process streamlining and internal controls review
- Act as a business partner with retail operations, store managements, and various department leader to provide significant business insights and drive efficiency
- Ensure internal controls are executed and in compliance with the Group policies and statutory regulations
- Handle annual audit and liaise with external parties on audit issues
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- 5 - 7 years of accounting or audit experience. Retail background and audit background is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office application; SAP experience a plus
- Dynamic and proactive personality, communicative and a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
