Accounting Clerk/Associate

This is a global financial institution with office in UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. They are looking for an accounting clerk to join their accounting team.

Jobs Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Support finance manager in invoice/billings/expense processing of group companies as well as accounting data entry
  • Handling the procurement of the operational needs of administration functions
  • Perform general accounting clerical duties, prepare payment & receipt vouchers
  • Maintain bank accounts, company secretarial record and databases
  • Coverage for admin team when they are away (ie. booking meetings, assisting in meeting arrangements etc)

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Degree or diploma in accounting, business or related discipline
  • Proficient in bookkeeping and administration, MS Word and Excel
  • Proactive
  • A team player enjoy working in a small office environment
  • Good command in written and spoken English
