Finance Manager - full set of accounts

One of the industry leading business is looking for a Finance Manager to handle full set of finance & accounting functions in view of transformation.

About the role

• Supervise and manage the accounting functions including AR,AP,GL, monthend closing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with various management reports.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor the company's finance budget, forecast cash flow, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure tax planning and compliance, accurately filing and making necessary payments on time.
• Propose and implement process improvements while maintaining internal controls.

About the person

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or related qualifications is needed
• Come with at least 10 years of experience in finance & accounting with background from external audit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and commonly used data analysis tools.
• High proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
