Our client, is seeking an Assistant Accountant - Senior Accountant to join their team in Hong Kong. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle day-to-day financial matters across all departments and future subsidiaries. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Full Set of Accounts * Immediate available is highly preferred

What you'll do:

  • Manage day-to-day financial related matters for all departments and future subsidiaries.
  • Assist in financial analysis
  • Provide cash-flow forecast based on payment due dates to suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare monthly operating cost reports and propose means to optimise recurring costs.
  • Responsible for full set of accounts, accounting ledgers preparation, AR/AP/treasury functions, inter-company transactions and perform daily accounting operations

What you bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Strong time management skills with structured work flow habits.
  • Awareness of financial factors that drive serviceability.
  • Strong analytically mind with an aptitude for numbers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Teams), skills in Power BI or Tableau are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to challenge the status and improve work processes.
