This Client is a reputable leader in property development with global presence. It is looking for a Settlement Officer to support their operations.
What you'll do:
As a Settlement Officer, your role will be pivotal in supporting the daily operations of the company, handling settlement-related process. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in bank account maintenance and structure setup for different investment products. You will prepare monitoring reports including cash projections for investments and ensure all regulatory and reporting requirements are met promptly. This role requires strong logical thinking, strategic planning, and excellent organisational skills.
- Perform the execution of daily settlement activities for fixed income, FX, properties and more
- Handle bank account maintenance and related administrative work
- Monitor cash flow and provide support in the preparation of liquidity reports
- Ensure all regulatory and reporting standards are met promptly and in compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required
What you bring:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in settlement
- Detail minded, proactive and a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
