Scope of Role:
Reporting to Manager, this position will be an accounting and finance all rounder that will focus on the Temp Function and Full Set Account. The successful candidate will deliver revenue assurance and management account by driving improvements in process and accountability.
Responsibilities
Temp Contractor Payroll and related matters for both Hong Kong entities
Temp related month end adjustments and accruals
Temp NFI and Balance Sheet account reconciliation
Temp Bupa and MPF registrations
Processing temp related journal entries
Liaise extensively with clients and other business partners to resolve issues
Regular and ad hoc financial reporting and
Filing and administrative work
Full Set Accounting
Managing and contributing to the preparation of month end accounts, monthly management reporting pack and relevant entries to the General Ledger
Co-ordinating the preparation of weekly and month end UK reporting requirements
Monthly Invoicing to clients
Managing and processing vendor & staff payments
Assist in yearly budgeting process and Year End Audit
Assisting ad hoc tasks as required
Personal Attributes
Background experience in doing Full Set Accounts
Knowledge on MPF and Medical benefits are preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
Attention to detail and proactive, focusing on accuracy and completeness of all processing
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
A team player and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environment
Commitment to providing service excellence to all candidates, clients and internal staff
The ability to establish a good rapport and relationships with Consultants and Management
Other Information
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
