Our Client is a UK based professional firm with global presence. They are currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their Finance Team.

Job Duties:

• Handle credit control functions for HK and SG regions
• Follow up on outstanding debts with external clients and internal parties, taking proactive measures to ensure timely payment
• Generate debtor analysis reports for key clients, ensuring adherence to specific protocols and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients
• Work towards meeting monthly team and individual targets for cash collection and aging of receivables
• Implement a standardized collections strategy across various groups to effectively collect fees
• Collaborate with service providers, claims handlers, and other relevant parties involved in collections to facilitate the process
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ Credit Control experience, preferably gained from professional services or legal sector

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of proficiency in English and Chinese
• Hands on experience of varied commercial collections
• Proactive personality with good problem solving skills and communication skills
