Our Client is an international professional services company with global presence. They are currently looking for an Accountant for their Finance Department.

Job Duties:

• Process and manage Accounts Payables, ensuring accurate and timely recording of invoices and payments.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Process staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Liaise with vendors to address payment inquiries and maintain positive relationships
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries from internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payables and financial operations experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
