Manager, Finance Transformation | MNC | 50k x 13

MNC seeks Manager, Finance Transformation. Role involves leading process re-engineering, ERP/BI projects, cross-functional coordination, RAID management, status reporting, and change initiatives across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for regional finance transformation initiatives covering process re‑engineering, system implementation and automation across entities.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables, prepare project plans and track progress against timelines and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams (Finance, IT, Operations, external vendors), ensuring clear ownership, effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT planning and execution, and cut‑over activities for new finance processes and systems (e.g. ERP, BI, reporting tools).
• Maintain RAID logs, manage project risks and dependencies, and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, steering‑committee materials and KPI tracking to demonstrate benefits realisation and continuous improvement.
• Support change management, training and communication activities to embed new ways of working in the finance organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines; professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• 5 years’ experience in finance transformation, finance projects, PMO or consulting, ideally within MNCs or professional services firms.
• Hands‑on experience managing finance or ERP/BI implementation projects, with strong understanding of core finance processes (record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, planning and reporting).
• Solid knowledge of ERP or finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, S/4HANA) and data/BI tools is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with finance users, IT and senior management and manage expectations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisation and documentation skills, with a structured, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills will be an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.
