What you'll do:

• Define process requirements to support SAP implementations and upgrades in Germany, Vietnam, and Romania, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power BI into daily finance activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies regularly, recommending innovative solutions that enhance overall finance operations.
• Assist in vendor sourcing and solution evaluation to ensure the best fit for organisational needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for finance transformation initiatives, tracking progress against strategic priorities.

What you bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in finance, process improvement, or related fields with proven success in managing transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation or process ownership within cross-regional finance operations environments is highly desirable.
• Expertise gained from working in manufacturing or Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) sectors provides valuable industry insight.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP systems including implementation or upgrade projects across multiple regions.
• Strong familiarity with K3 ERP software as well as Power BI analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools into financial workflows to optimise efficiency.
