Project Accountant (6-month contract, Wan Chai, up to 30k)

I am currently looking for a Project Accountant to join the team!

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and improvement of billing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
• Act as UAT Tester for billing system project
• Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties
• Work closely with project managers to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in accounting/project accounting, preferably within an event agency setting.
• Familiarity with local tax reporting processes in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Australia is a plus.
• Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate to start
