AM, Finance System | SAP Implementation Project

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AM, Finance system to lead and support the implementation of SAP within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and SAP, with a proven track record of managing projects and improving finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the SAP implementation project within the finance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP functionalities.
• Participate in the configuration of SAP modules relevant to finance, ensuring that they align with best practices and business needs.
• Coordinate and conduct system testing, including UAT, to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP finance processes and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance-related SAP issues, working closely with IT and SAP consultants.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and changes made during the implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function and assist in implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance systems management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes.
• Project management experience, preferably with SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
