Finance Transformation Senior Manager | consumer business

One of the sizable consumer retailing business with strong regional presence is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Manager.

Our client, a leading player in the consumer sector, is seeking a highly experienced Finance Transformation Lead to oversee critical finance-driven projects, including ERP implementation and process optimization initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, systems-savvy finance professional who thrives on driving change and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the finance lead across all phases of ERP and related system projects – from gathering user requirements and designing processes, to data migration, UAT testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Ensure accurate financial entries and reports are produced, and lead finance process enhancements following system go-live.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize finance and cross-functional processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Support leadership in managing change across the finance function, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery.
• Assist in identifying financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of robust risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams and finance stakeholders to align transformation efforts with business objectives and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• Solid foundation in financial accounting principles, with in-depth understanding of systems and processes
• Trained in Big 4 firms is a plus;
• 10+ years’ experience with ERP systems, including full-cycle project implementation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a strong background in driving transformation within Finance
• High fluency in English & Chinese
