Project Manager, NetSuite, 6 months contract

Our client, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the accounting team to lead their ERP NetSuite implementation.

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process change requests from business process owners, identifying gaps and recommending solutions for accounting team
• Manage NetSuite, maintenance and do follow-up actions
• Provide comprehensive support and training to users in accounting team
• Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Setup and configure users accounts and manage enquiries
• Collaborate with external vendors on technical issues
• Take part in UAT testing for accounting team before the official launch of the new system, identify and address any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year NetSuite/ERP experience providing application support, configuration, customization, troubleshooting or related duties.
• Minimum 3 years finance and accounting experience
• Proven track record collaborating with external vendors on applications related issue
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with external vendors and accounting team
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese.
• Sound grasp of financial principles of project evaluation and business acumen
