Head of Finance / Senior Finance Manager

The Head of Finance will lead full-spectrum finance and accounting for a fast-growing listed MNC FMCG group, driving international expansion, strengthening controls, and providing strategic insights. The role requires a hands-on, agile leader with strong communication skills and experience in fast-paced global environments.

Position Overview

The Head of Finance will play a critical leadership role in driving the company’s international expansion and supporting high-growth ambitions across multiple markets. This position oversees the full spectrum of finance and accounting, ensures robust financial governance, and acts as a strategic partner to senior management. We are seeking a hands-on, agile, and commercially minded finance leader with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modelling for global business units.
Provide actionable insights to support market expansion, new investments, and commercial decision-making.
Partner closely with senior leadership across regions to influence strategic initiatives and performance targets.

Financial Operations & Governance

Oversee the full set of finance and accounting operations across all markets, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial policies across the expanding international footprint.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting for the listed group.

Business Partnering & Commercial Support

Act as a key business partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis, and profitability reviews for new market entry, product launches, and channel expansion.
Monitor business performance KPIs and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Treasury, Tax & External Stakeholder Management

Oversee cashflow management, working capital optimization, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and the group finance team to ensure compliance and smooth audits.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is required.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with exposure to FMCG, consumer products, or retailing industries
Strong technical knowledge across the full finance spectrum: FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls.
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
