Key responsibilities:

As Debt Capital Markets (VP–SVP), you will drive origination, execute complex transactions, advise on structuring/pricing, manage client relationships, and collaborate across teams.

• Prepare tenders, support origination, and identify new capital market opportunities
• Conduct due diligence and perform credit analysis for bond transactions
• Execute public offerings and private placement of bonds
• Advise on bond structuring, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Arrange and coordinate roadshows while maintaining client and stakeholder engagement

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring debt capital markets expertise, advanced qualifications (MBA/CFA), multilingual communication, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver results and foster collaboration.

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CFA is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Debt Capital Markets with relevant regulatory qualifications
• Experience in fixed income sales and trading preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and proven track record of success
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua for effective communication
