Analyst, Real Estate Structured Finance (Big 4 welcome)

Our client, an alternative private equity and investment firm, is looking for an Analyst to join their Real Estate Structured Finance team.

Job Duties

• Prepare and review financial models for acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings, and asset management.
• Analyze cash flows, returns, and key metrics (IRR, NPV) to support decisions and assess risks.
• Work with senior analysts to interpret data and contribute to reports and presentations shaping investment strategies.
• Review and document transaction and loan agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Work with legal teams to clarify contractual obligations affecting deal structuring and execution.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents for easy reference and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Quantitative Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience, ideally with exposure to financial modeling/analysis in Big 4 or consulting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English plus Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Experience with financial tools such as Bloomberg
