About the Company:

Our client is a leading logistics MNC dedicated to providing innovative supply chain solutions worldwide. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Finance Compliance. This is a new headcount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes and controls within the logistics operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs tailored to the logistics sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance compliance, with a strong background in both audit and in-house logistics.
  • Proven understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks specific to the logistics industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
