One of the industry leading corporations is looking for a (Senior) Corporate Finance Manager to join their high performing team.

As a Senior Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic financial decisions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence exercises, preparing compelling investment proposals for M&A transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal control policies. Your strong analytical skills will be utilised in preparing financial models and performing valuation analyses. Furthermore, your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you liaise with various divisions and business units on transaction execution. Your keen eye for detail will aid in preparing finance reports that highlight key issues, enabling you to make informed recommendations for management consideration.

  • Carry out due diligence exercise and prepare investment proposals for M&A transactions and business expansion opportunities
  • Prepare financial models, perform financial and valuation analyses on M&A transactions
  • Liaise with Divisions and Business Units on transaction execution, ensuring all transactions are compliant with the Group’s finance and internal control policies
  • Prepare finance reports highlighting key issues and make recommendations thereon for management consideration
  • Compile industry and competitors benchmark reports


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative discipline from a reputable university with CPA qualification
  • 10 - 12 years’ experience in the finance field, with solid exposure in handling M&A or corporate finance transactions in an investment bank, consulting firm or multinational corporate environment
  • Well developed financial modeling skills with strong analytical mind
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • A team player strong at building and maintaining interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with good judgement knowing how to juggle multiple priorities
