We are helping our client to find a proactive, energetic talent to be in charge of a multinational project and providing advisory on company's investment. This role will directly report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for preparing investment proposals for M&A transactions and business expansion opportunities and carry out due diligence exercise.

· Provide regulatory advice and guidance in the area of corporate finance related project.

· Work closely with senior management to develop and execute M&A strategies.

· Manage relationships with external advisors.

· Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team.

Requirements:

· Degree in Business, Finance or accounting or related discipline:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Audit firm / Finance field. with solid exposure in handling M&A/ deals advisory in a multinational corporate environment will be an advantage.

-Experience in leading a project is needed.

· Analytical, proactive, with strong organization skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Oversea travel is required (40%)

· Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus.
