Deputy CFO | HK listed company

We are partnering with a HK‑listed large‑cap group to appoint a senior finance role— a key role overseeing group reporting, FP&A and finance shared services across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group financial consolidation, monthly/quarterly closing, and statutory reporting under HKFRS/IFRS.
• Oversee FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and enhance the Finance Shared Services Center, driving efficiency, standardisation and process improvements.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business planning, and financial governance.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management across multiple markets.
• Lead and develop high‑performing finance teams across regions.

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of finance experience with strong exposure to HK listed companies with global presence
• Proven experience in group consolidation, statutory reporting, FP&A and SSC/finance operations.
• Track record managing large‑scale, multi‑market business environments.
• Professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) required.
• At least 5+ years of big4 audit trained background in the early career
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; hands‑on, practical and adaptable.
• High proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
