Senior Manager/ Director, Finance | SOX & IPO | 100k

Fast-growing e-commerce MNC seeks SM/ Director, Finance to manage SOX compliance and lead regional financial reporting, US filings and consolidation – SOX & post-IPO experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regional financial reporting and group consolidation processes, ensuring accurate aggregation with consistent policies, FX translation, intercompany eliminations and local GAAP reconciliations for management/statutory packs.

• Prepare and review financial statements at group and regional levels, driving month-end close timelines while resolving complex issues like cross-border intercompany reconciliations and minority interests.
• Lead US SEC filing readiness for group results, coordinating drafting, e-commerce KPI disclosures, technical memos and external auditor reviews.
• Drive SOX readiness focused on financial reporting controls (R2R, consolidation), including documentation, testing and remediation aligned with US listing standards.
• Standardize regional reporting templates, charts of accounts and e-commerce KPIs to enable seamless group consolidation.
• Drive post-listing control enhancements and process scaling for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.​
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 and commercial roles in multinational e-commerce/retail environments; straight Big 4 with substantial SOX/IPO project exposure will be considered.​​
• Experience supporting or leading IPO or post-IPO projects (US preferred), including preparation of audited historical financials, due diligence and coordination with external advisors.​
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with solid experience in group consolidation and financial reporting for multinational groups; exposure to US GAAP/SEC requirements and e-commerce revenue standards is a strong advantage.​
• Demonstrated group-level and regional-level experience, partnering with multiple entities and stakeholders across different jurisdictions in a fast-growing e-commerce MNC.
