Group Finance Director | HK List Co & China Exp MUST | 1.4M

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group finance function, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital management and capital allocation across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, governance and reporting requirements, including listed‑company or equivalent standards
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, business expansion, and long‑term growth initiatives
• Support cross‑border operations, particularly across Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Lead financial systems, controls and process improvements, including ERP and automation initiatives
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, advisors, investors and other external stakeholders
• Play a key role in M&A evaluation, integration, and strategic investment decisions

Key Requirements

• Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in multi‑entity, cross‑border organisations
• Strong Mainland China exposure (operational, regulatory, or transaction‑related)
• Experience in listed companies or highly regulated environments preferred
• Solid background in corporate finance, treasury, governance and internal controls
• Strategic, hands‑on, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
