Senior Finance Manager | Manufacturing MNC | SEA | 90k

The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance across the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to both regional and global stakeholders.
• Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls across SEA entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and sales to support business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to enhance capability and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing and multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations applicable in Southeast Asia.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and controlling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
