Reporting directly to CEO & Chairman, I am looking for a strong & dynamic CFO who can lead their Finance Team for further business growth and development. Solid CFO/Senior management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the CEO and Chairman
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
• Monitor financial reporting, audit compliance, and risk management processes.
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial services to ensure full compliance to all listing statutory requirements, advise the Board on Hong Kong Listing Rules and all relevant company announcement.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence of potential acquisitions
• Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage investment and funding requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Act as finance business partner to all Business Unit head/director
• Lead a team size of 30 plus.

Required Competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, cost control, and risk management
• At least 15 years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in a publicly listed company)
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, listing and compliance rules, and international accounting standards
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• A collaborative team player & work well with all levels
