Financial Controller(needs manufacturing,listed co & Big4 exp)

Needs someone who has strong business acumen, listed co & manufacurting exp, big4 audit background would be a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, goals, and objectives for the Group's portfolio of companies;
• Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information, treasury matter, tax planning and cost analysis;
• Lead, motivate and supervise team member to prepare closing report, budgets and cash flow forecast;
• Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational flows and driving the implementation of effective procedures, controls and systems;
• Provide strategic input to Chief Financial Officer for driving the business growth;
• Monitor & rectify financial performance and risks;
• Handle of fund management to ensure liquidity work;
• Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance / Accounting and professional accountancy qualification;
• At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in international accounting firm and 5 years in listed company;
• Working experience in PRC companies is a plus;
• Familiar with HK Listing Rules;
• Excellent analytical, presentation, report writng and PC skills;
• Knowledge and use of SAP systems will be in advantage;
• Detailed-oriented, problem-solving, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin in an advantage;
• Occasional travel to PRC.
