Head of Finance

One of the fast growing consumer / manufacturing business is looking for a Head of Finance function to report into their CEO directly.

With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and growth, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join their team. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives in Hong Kong, China, and other regions.
• Oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making.
• Responsible for effective tax planning
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience overseeing multiple regions, particularly in Hong Kong, China, and other SEA regions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
