Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company in Hong Kong, China, and other overseas regions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Act as the company secretary, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory obligations.
• Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and provide financial insights for business development.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a listed company, with exposure to Hong Kong and China markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Experience as a company secretary is a plus.
