Senior Finance Manager (Group level) | HK listed company

One of the leading HK listed companies to look for a Senior Finance Manager. The role comes with great exposure in leading a sizable team and direct interaction with senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Report into CFO and leading a sizable finance & accounting team
• Review the preparation of timely and quality management reports, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flows
• Supervise financial matters for HK, PRC and overseas subsidiaries in collaboration with local finance staff
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, treasury functions, and monitor cash flow, including projections.
• Enhance workflows and processes to boost efficiency and reinforce monitoring capabilities, driving continuous process improvements.
• Support audit processes, statutory and tax filings, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promptly addressing new regulations.
• Take lead on ad hoc projects such as evaluating and developing financial models for CAPEX and different investment proposals

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification; experience with a Big4 firm is needed
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in sizable listed company
• Sound knowledge of regulatory and tax requirements in Hong Kong and China.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and applications.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
