Internal Control Manager (MNC, 63k, 2 months bonus at least)

Global MNC locating an Internal Control Manager, individual contributor, to oversea their APAC Internal control process and to provide continous process improvement to the business.

Responsibilities:
Act as regional coordinator for internal control processes, driving improvement for control framework and self-assessment quality for the region
Monitor internal control self-assessment and localization processes for different countries in the region, ensure completion per target timelines and taking place of follow-up action plans
Answer queries from countries on internal control framework and requirements, and provide technical support on related tools and systems
Manage accounting governance and compliance related matters for the region, liaise with Global or Corporate Accounting and answer related queries from countries
Involve in Global accounting governance projects or solutions
Gather common accounting governance / reporting issues from different sources and share with countries
Support in rolling out ESG reporting and data quality improvement for the region, develop plans to improve country awareness of ESG reporting and perform data quality checks

Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Holder of professional Accountancy qualification (CPA, CA or equivalent)
At least 6 years’ experience in audit, internal control and compliance with 3 years in managerial role, regional exposure is a definite advantage
Familiar with accounting standards and Companies Ordinance
Experience or knowledge in ESG reporting is an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient PC skills
