Internal Audit SM (listed, up to 60k)

A pharmaceutical, MNC, listed company is locating a senior IA manager to join their fast growing team!

Job Descriptions:

Formulate audit strategies and plans using risk-based approach and be involved in analyzing and assessing risks associated with the business and operation;
Responsible for internal audit for compliance of the Group's operations across offices in HK & overseas and manufacturing plants & factory in China;
Mitigate operational and business risks; regularly review and evaluate effectiveness of implementation recommending new policies and business procedures;
Lead and manage the Internal Audit team in delivering an independent internal audit function;
Manage the execution of the audit plans to assess effectiveness & adequacy of internal controls;
Prepare audit reports to senior management/Risk Management Committee;
Perform ad hoc projects including investigations as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder, Member / Student of recognized accountancy bodies (HKICPA, ACCA, etc.); CIA qualification is a plus;
Minimum solid 10 years relevant experience in auditing; internal audit experience is a plus; with 2 years of supervisory experience is a must.
Past working experience in MNCs and / or major international accounting firms is preferred;
Mature, self-initiative and possess good interpersonal skill and analytical mind;
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Travel to Mainland China is required.
