Head of IA (PRC exp in manu or health products)

A pharmaceutical, MNC, listed company is locating a head of IA to join their fast growing team!

Responsibilities

• Propose, execute and manage internal control and compliance reviews across the Group’s global operations
• Manage different geographical jurisdictions through a range of job assignments and rotation, as well as conducting on-site reviews to ensure full compliance
• Play a leading role in identifying and communicating with management on any control deficiencies and providing effective remedial recommendations
• Provide professional knowledge and management services for the Group
• Lead cross-team projects, collaborating with colleagues to implement best practice in line with the Group’s standards and practices.

Requirements

• University graduate with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 8 years’ financial / operational audit or business consulting experience preferably gained from Big 4 audit firms or sizeable corporations with international exposure
• Demonstrated recent experience in IT audit preferred
• High initiative with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English a must, additional language would be an advantage
• Familiar with audit and accounting systems
• Candidates with overseas working experience will have an advantage
• Occasional travel to overseas business operations may be required
