A leading conglomerate in HK is looking for an Accountant to support their group finance and treasury functions.
Job Duties:
- Handle Group treasury functions including bank facilities
- Participate in preparation of relevant documents for group refinancing
- Support monthly financial and management reports
- Prepare tax returns and liaise with tax advisors as needed
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to make sure various reporting timelines are met
- Handle treasury related projects and ad hoc finance tasks
Job Requirements:
- University degree holders in Accounting or related disciplines
- 8 - 12 years' working experience including hands-on experience in project management. Big 4 / 2nd tier audit firm training is preferable.
- CPA qualified
- Experience in dealing with banks, handling bank loans and finance-related documents is an advantage
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Detail orientated, proactive and able to work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good project management and stakeholder management skills
- *Experience in M&A projects or other finance project management experience are highly preferred
