About the job
- Serve as an advisor for CFO and senior management. Use their research, analysis and experience to develop business and financial recommendations, provide budget feedback, and assist leadership in key financial decisions to support business expansion and development
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential business opportunity, market and consumer insights, market trend, etc, navigate internal resources and provide actionable proposal for management
- Responsible for regular budget and forecast cycle
- Support any ad hoc finance related assignments from CFO
About the person
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Business administration or relevant field
- Solid experience in financial planning & analysis, or finance business partner is a must
- Candidates with experience working in engineering/ industrial related business would be highly advantegous
- Strong business acumen, strong problem-solving skills and maintain a certain level of independence and resilience
- Fluent in Mandarin , Cantonese and English
