Senior Manager/ Associate Director, FP&A focus

One of the giant organizations with long history in HK is looking for a group level Senior Manager/ Associate Director level with focus on FP&A function.

• Sizable team management

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast on respective Business Groups
• Complete monthly analysis report and review different BU performance
• Work closely with management on ad-hoc strategic presentation materials& involve in Board of Director presentation preparations
• Close collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams across the Company on deliverables/projects to management to drive group target
• Ad-hoc enhancement projects in driving business efficiency and cost saving, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience in a FP&A role. Preferably Big 4 experience plus commercial experience.
• Solid experience in managing a sizable team
• Experienced working in sizable conglomerates/ giant organisation is needed
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, highly ambitious and seek for continuous self-improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to Senior Leadership
• Proficient in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, and working-level proficiency in Mandarin
